Ah the old Tattle Tail. My older brother was the worst, me and my twin brother used to gang up on him, and he could never just stand his ground he’d always go runnin’ to momma.
I could so see this happening in today’s day and time. My niece will text her mom from across the house sometimes, just because she’s too lazy or too spoiled (jury is still out) to get up and walk across the house and ask her. I guess texting does help to quiet the blood curdling screams of “MOM!!!” wafting down the hall. I’m sure you’ve noticed the cries for “Dad!” were often cut short with “Figure it out” or “Deal with!” so very few tattles were ever told to dad.

It’s definitely giving me second thoughts on when to give my kids cell phones!

Haha! Don’t wanna sound like a grumpy old man… but back in MY day… when we’d be tattle tales, we actually run and yell at our moms like total brats, feet stomping and all! Hmm… maybe cell phones aren’t such a bad idea.
