There have been days where this has occurred in less than 30 minutes. Yet Sunday rolls around and it takes us over 2 hours just to get ready to leave for church, which means 90% of the time we miss Sunday School and barely make it to service. There has to be some sort of phenomenon that takes place on Sunday's that causes our bodies to become so much more lazy and slow to go.
