		<description>Thanks for the mention.  I think anyone in a creative field also needs a part of their personality that is willing to grind it out in the face of almost overwhelming odds.  As Terry Gilliam from Monty Python notes:
“Talent is less important in film-making than patience. If you really want your films to say something that you hope is unique, then patience and stamina, thick skin and a kind of stupidity, a mule-like stupidity, is what you really need.” Terry Gilliam.</description>
