I work retail, and however irritating and pointless they may be, there is a list of things we are required to ask every customer. What bothers me most is when customers chew out the minimum wage workers for doing their job. Yes, you probably don’t want this product or service, but since there is a 0.5% chance me suggesting it will convince you to get it, I have to ask.
