Hey was this written about my wife? She got you on a technicality there Mom, you did say not at the table when what you should have said is “I don’t want to HEAR that at the table.” The she’d go outside and give the neighbors something to talk about.
A good way of breaking her of that is to video tape her and show it to some of her potential boy friends. Sure they’ll be impressed by her carry thru and volume, but she’ll be mortified.
My wife always tells the boys to stop belching at the table… but I seem to remember a young lady that impressed her friends in college with her belching aptitude.
