What I found funny was the cast of Glee was at comic-con. Really just b/c there are geeks in the cast does that mean the show is appropriate at a con?
I know your feeling. It seems now a days being Geek is Sheik, but I remember the days where if you weren’t a closet case geek you were one wedgie away from having your shorts run up the flag pole.
I think it’s cool that Geek is becoming an acceptable way now, it sure allows for growth in the industry where more and more are turning to the Geek side so we see more TV Shows, Movies, Books, etc. that are main stream and not hidden away anymore.
It’s funny how many people say they’re into geek stuff. Where were they when I was in High School? Were they all to chicken to admit it back then?
Yeah the Glee one is a real stretch. It just shows everyone wants to jump on the bandwagon.
