My wife is extremely paranoid about the car and locks it all the time, heaven forbid I have anything in the back, just like the strip I’ve had to ask her to unlock the doors so many times. She’s even fast on the locking of the doors when she climbs in, even before I lift the door and start the engine she’s got ‘em locked. Her dad’s the same way, he’s constantly checking his car to make sure it’s locked when they come over to visit. We have like 3 neighbors, I told them if anything ever gets broken into our list of suspects is pretty small.
I’m just the opposite, in the summer time I’ll leave the windows down even when in town shopping, I know one day it’ll come back and get me.
I love Carlo’s answer…”Someone might steal her husband.” Just lock him up in the Garage Donna, that way you know where he’s at for next time you need him.
