Super Siblings Web Comic Strip for the week of March 8th, 2010 by Patrick Scullin. I got the idea for today’s strip from an old professor of mine who said he was a little “old-fashioned” because he only used his phone for making calls.
I miss the days when I could just call someone. Now 80% of all my conversations on the phone are MMS, SMS, or Email. I’ve got a friend of mine that if I call him it always goes to voicemail, but if I were to text him I get an instant response. We’re losing touch with each other to a degree. Sure we still know all about each other, in fact sometimes too much (thanks facebook), but in the end I still long to hear a human voice to truly connect. So is it ironic that I’m typing in that I long to hear a human voice? Probably so.

My phone is about four years old. It makes great phone calls.
Enjoying the strip!
Yes ironic posting comments about the lack of human interaction.
Thanks Quentin! Good to hear from you.
